- Review and approve regional Team manpower requirement based on existing restaurants requirements & business expansion for the period.
- Verify people development progress (including CTM progress) with concerned regional Team and provide assistance when needed.
- Identify, train, and develop successor for the position.
- Monitor people KPIs for the region and responds to the results.
- Responsible for motivating, train, coach and develop the Team directly reporting to OPM as well as one level below direct reports
- Always verify restaurant Team adherence to all people systems
- Visit to the restaurants periodically as per the plan in the region to motivate the Team and observe opportunities to improve operational standards and compliance to the procedures.
- Monitor standard KPIs for the region and responds to the results.
- Observe customer trend in the region and responds to improve customer experience in the restaurants.
- Review and align regional management Team on mystery shopper scores and improving the periodic results.
- Visit competition in the region and observe opportunities to improve in the restaurants.
- Accountable to research and provide new market location to RGM / GM for potential expansion.
- Review and monitor sales KPIs set by stake holders and provide assistance to improve the periodical results in the restaurants.
- Accountable to regional / area restaurants profit KPIs
- Review and monitor restaurant profit KPIs and provide corrective actions to improve the periodic results
- Accountable to review, approve and manage area budgets.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify viable locations for new restaurants.
- Collaborate with real estate teams to assess properties for compliance with licensor specifications.
- Ensure that all operational plans align with the licensor’s brand standards and guidelines.
- Review and implement operational procedures that meet licensor requirements.
- Maintain communication with the licensor to clarify expectations and standards for new openings.
- Identify potential risks associated with new openings, including regulatory compliance issues, supply chain challenges, and labor market fluctuations.
- Develop contingency plans to mitigate identified risks and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Coordinate and manage all areas support functional Team to ensure the smooth functioning of the restaurant operation and achieving their KPIs.
- 4-5 years' experience in senior operations manager role or equivalent
- Strong Operational background within the QSR space
- Have a high level of emotional intelligence to adapt to various cultural settings and situations
- Ability to work onholidays and/ or weekends
- Ability to work a shift other than a day shift
- Ability to workextended hours beyond a typical work week
