Review, draft, and negotiate real estate agreements including but not limited to: Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Property Purchase Agreements (PPA), Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA)
Advise management on potential legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Ensure that all company contracts comply with UAE laws and relevant real estate regulations.
Work closely with internal departments (sales, leasing, finance) to support their legal needs and general legal support and guidance to leadership on corporate, compliance, and regulatory matters.
