A major international law firm is seeking an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly ranked Funds & Asset Management team in the Middle East. The practice is recognised for advising on the structuring, establishment and regulation of funds across a wide range of asset classes and domiciles and has a strong reputation in both sponsor and investor-side work.The Role

Advise on fund structuring and formation, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating PPMs, partnership agreements, subscription agreements and ancillary documentation.
Support sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors and family offices on fund investments, co-investments and separately managed accounts.
Act on joint ventures, bespoke hybrid structures and cross-border fund-of-one arrangements, including anchor investor mandates.
Develop expertise across major fund jurisdictions, including ADGM, DIFC, Cayman, Luxembourg, Delaware and Guernsey.

Candidate Requirements

3-7 years' PQE with experience in funds and asset management.
Strong knowledge of private fund structures and market trends, including negotiation points on fund investments and co-investments.
Familiarity with limited partnership agreements and related contractual documentation.
Comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions and innovative structures.
Excellent academic record and international outlook.
