Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 8-10 years of sales experience in luxury hospitality with international market exposure
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and leisure segments across multiple markets
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital presentation tools
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages considered an advantage
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments with strong commercial focus
