We are seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in landscape works, roads, bridges & utilities, and building construction projects within the UAE.Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all project sites
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
Prepare and implement site-specific HSE plans and procedures
Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
Investigate incidents/accidents and generate detailed reports with preventive actions
Maintain up-to-date safety records and documentation

Requirements:

Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in the UAE
Experience in landscaping, roads, bridges & utilities, and building construction projects is mandatory
NEBOSH/IOSH certification or equivalent is required
Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and standards
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Immediate availability is an advantage
