  • Achieve sales revenue targets through acquisition of new enterprise clients and expansion of existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Promote and sell ICT solutions across hardware, cloud, software, telecom, and security services
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase profitability and account value
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and KPIs to meet quarterly and annual objectives
  • Negotiate contracts, proposals, and agreements in line with company standards
  • Collaborate with technical, marketing, and finance teams to deliver tailored enterprise solutions
  • Stay updated with ICT industry trends and innovations to support customer needs and competitive positioning
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in ICT sales, account management, or enterprise technology solutions
  • Proven record of closing deals and achieving targets in the ICT industry
  • Knowledge of enterprise ICT systems including cloud, cybersecurity, ELV, and telecom solutions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence decision-making at senior client levels
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and other sales management tools
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required
