5–8 years of experience managing OS&E procurement for a reputable multi-unit restaurant chain
Strong leadership and supplier negotiation skills.
Advanced analytical and commercial acumen.
Demonstrated drive for results and accountability.
Preferred:
Experience working with Asian suppliers (e.g., China, India).
Prior experience in the UAE market.
Proficiency in e-procurement tools (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Zycus).
Strategic agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
5-8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a multi-unit F&B or QSR environment.
Good knowledge of restaurant operations and related OS&E needs.
Solid understanding of supplier performance and relationship management
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, procurement software, and ERP systems.
