We are looking for a knowledgeable and hands-on Factory Foreman to oversee daily operations on the production floor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining production schedules, ensuring quality standards, and enforcing workplace safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the activities of factory workers to meet production targets.Ensure production runs efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company and industry standards.Monitor and maintain equipment, arranging repairs or servicing as needed.Train and guide workers on proper procedures, safety protocols, and machine operation.Ensure product quality by conducting spot checks and addressing any defects or process issues.Maintain daily production reports and update management on progress or concerns.Enforce company policies and disciplinary actions when necessary.salary 4500
