We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Government Affairs to lead our engagement with local and federal government bodies. This strategic role is essential to maintaining strong relationships with regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance, and aligning our operations with national policies. The ideal candidate will bring deep understanding of government structures, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to influence and navigate complex regulatory environments.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive government affairs strategy aligned with organizational goals.Serve as the primary liaison with government authorities, ministries, and regulatory bodies.Monitor and assess regulatory developments, ensuring timely communication and internal alignment.Advocate for the airlines interests in policy discussions and regulatory forums.Foster strategic partnerships and maintain strong, proactive relationships with key public sector stakeholders.Ensure compliance with all applicable government regulations, licenses, and aviation standards.Prepare high-level briefs, reports, and recommendations for executive leadership.Represent the airline at government meetings, hearings, and official functions.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure policies and initiatives are in line with government expectations.Qualifications & Experience:UAE National (Emirati)Bachelors degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Law, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred)Minimum of 10 years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or a related leadership roleStrong understanding of UAE government structure, policies, and regulatory landscapeExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsProven track record of representing an organization in high-level governmental forumsExperience in aviation or transportation sector is a plusCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary packageSchooling allowance for up to 6 childrenAnnual flight tickets for self and immediate familyDiscounted airline ticket ratesPerformance-based bonus up to 20% of annual basic salaryApply Now: [Insert application link]
