Sector: EducationJob Summary:The Assistant – Faculty Affairs will support the Manager/DGM of Faculty Affairs by handling a range of administrative and executive assistant duties related to the faculty lifecycle. The role includes scheduling, coordination, document management, and liaison functions with internal departments, particularly for PRO-related matters.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the Manager/DGM – Faculty Affairs.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate follow-ups.
- Maintain and organize faculty HR dockets and records in line with institutional policies.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for faculty members.
- Liaise with internal departments and act as a point of contact for coordination on faculty-related processes.
- Assist in documentation and processing of PRO (Public Relations Officer) matters such as visas, licensing, and government formalities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Handle general correspondence and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of assigned tasks related to faculty affairs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in administrative or executive assistant roles, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR and PRO processes in the UAE is a plus.
