Location: UAEJob Summary:Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage clients' accounts and oversee projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production, manufacturing, events, or exhibitions and excellent project management skills.Key Responsibilities:- Manage client accounts, including taking initial briefs, estimating, quoting, and presenting prototypes- Pursue new business opportunities to add value and maximize customer investment- Brief customer requirements to internal departments and produce timely and accurate reports- Prepare and present new ideas to clients, considering brand awareness and retailer specifications- Contribute to design development and pre-production meetings- Prepare project plans, assign requirements, and review BOQ, production process, and cutting lists- Liaise with internal departments to ensure projects run on time and are produced cost-effectively- Ensure all work meets client expectations, is on budget, and delivered timely and accurately- Expedite operations to meet unforeseen conditionsRequirements:- Production/manufacturing/events/exhibitions background- 5-7 years of experience in project management in the UAE- Multiple accounts/projects management experience with client-facing skills- Strong project management understanding from brief to execution and handover- Estimations, costing, cost planning, and control expertise- Knowledge of high-end finishing, permanent, duty-free, fit-out elements, and fixtures- Experience with installations, on-site supervision, and planning processes- Understanding of technical and production drawings (CAD knowledge is a plus)- Client-facing negotiations and contract process understanding
