- Manage and convert incoming leads into successful transactions as per the approved sales plan.
- Negotiate and finalize terms of sales agreements in line with company policies.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with brokers, agents, and clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and timely sales reports; review progress and recommend strategies to achieve targets.
- Ensure all sales documentation and CRM entries are accurate and updated.
- Generate and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, market research, and client engagement.
- Conduct market surveys and provide insights on competitive trends.
- Respond to client queries promptly and professionally.
- Uphold compliance with company policies, rules, and HSE requirements.
- Support senior colleagues in managing client accounts and negotiations.
- Focus on lead qualification, client onboarding, and preparing sales documentation.
- Contribute to market research and competitive analysis.
- Gain exposure to cross-department collaboration (marketing, operations, finance).
- Independently manage assigned client accounts and broker relationships.
- Drive sales performance against individual and team targets.
- Develop sales strategies for allocated assets and markets.
- Provide advisory-level support to clients, ensuring trust and repeat business.
- Act as a key point of contact for local and regional markets.
- Lead and manage a portfolio of high-value clients.
- Mentor and support junior team members (Associates, RMs).
- Develop and execute sales strategies for new markets.
- Build strategic relationships with institutional brokers and corporate clients.
- Represent the company at real estate exhibitions, forums, and events.
- Provide market intelligence to senior management to shape business strategy.
- Associate RM: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Relationship Manager / Senior RM: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA or similar) preferred.
- Associate RM: 2–4 years of sales/customer service experience, preferably in real estate.
- Relationship Manager: 5–7 years in real estate sales, with proven track record in managing accounts.
- Senior RM: 8–12 years of sales experience, including 3–5 years in senior roles; international experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of real estate sales, property law, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire trust and confidence in clients and brokers.
- Strong commercial awareness and numerical skills.
- Confidence, maturity, and ability to work under pressure.
