- Drive profitable sales growth through both existing customer expansion and acquisition of new accounts
- Develop and execute a Sales Activity Plan aligned with company goals and regional targets
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring both quantity and quality of opportunities
- Ensure customer contracts are compliant, profitable, and credit terms are adhered to
- Proactively manage and grow the customer portfolio within the GCC region
- Conduct regular technical presentations and product training for key stakeholders and clients
- Actively contribute to market intelligence and competitor tracking
- Coordinate with technical teams to offer tailored solutions and resolve client issues efficiently
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marine, or Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of technical sales experience, preferably in the marine or industrial sectors
- Strong understanding of the GCC market, particularly Saudi Arabia and Kuwait
- Experience managing complex, multi-product portfolios
- Arabic speaker preferred to manage regional client base
- Demonstrated track record in B2B sales and account management
- International sales exposure and cross-cultural communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- High-level communication and presentation ability (English required)
- Independent, self-motivated, and goal-driven
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Excel, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools
- Adaptable to change and eager to innovate sales approaches
- Excellent time management and priority planning skills
