- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- 3 to 5+ years of leadership experience in the seafood production industry, with a focus on B2B sales and business development.
- Established network within the seafood industry in the GCC region.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale businesses through strategic planning and execution.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to adjust strategies based on market dynamics.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Based in Dubai, UAE, with the willingness to travel within the GCC region as needed.
- Indian nationalities are preferred.
