- Issue liability letters requested by customers under retention-related processes
- Review and verify all letter content including addressee, figures, and type of letter requested
- Coordinate with internal teams such as CAD, Retention, Branches, Contact Centre, and Complaints Team to manage workflow and service delivery
- Apply signing authority and ensure issued letters meet compliance and quality standards
- Update internal systems and maintain accurate documentation for all issued letters
- Collaborate with the mailroom team to ensure prompt and secure delivery of letters to customers
- Address and resolve complaints and inquiries related to letter issuance
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and authorisation frameworks
- Contribute to client satisfaction by ensuring high service accuracy and responsiveness
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar banking role
- Strong understanding of liability letters, banking systems, and customer service protocols
- Good interpersonal, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Ability to assess financial records and align communication with customer needs
- Proficient in documentation, process compliance, and workflow tracking
- Team-oriented mindset with a client-focused approach
