- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality.
- Strong track record in achieving financial targets and managing budgets.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a presentable personality and hospitality-focused approach.
- Ability to manage teams effectively and create a positive work culture.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, health, and safety compliance.
