Job PurposeWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Associate to support the execution and tracking of marketing campaigns, product-related initiatives, and cross-functional coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role ensures the smooth delivery of campaigns, accurate performance tracking, and alignment with brand and product objectives.This position is integral in coordinating with the Commercial/Product Director, Growth team, Product leads, and Brand/Social agencies to achieve impactful marketing outcomes.Roles and ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & TrackingManage and monitor marketing campaigns such as Gold Coin, including winner records, procurement, deliveries, and promotions.Support Cashback/Coupon campaigns, including tracking and measuring performance.Execute and monitor daily exchange rate SMS and push notifications.Product & Technology Support
  • Manage app content updates and translations.
  • Coordinate and track app Firebase events to ensure accurate reporting.
Brand & Social Media Coordination
  • Support in raising PRs/POs.
  • Track brand deliverables to ensure timely execution.
  • Assist with social media management and coordination with agencies.
Administrative Support
  • Handle administrative tasks within the marketing team.
  • Provide reporting and campaign updates to the Director of Commercial, Growth Lead, and Product Lead on a daily basis.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support PRs/POs, social media, and brand deliverables.
Decision-Making Authority
  • Responsible for the execution and tracking of marketing campaigns and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Holds limited decision-making authority and escalates to the Growth Lead when necessary.
Requirements / QualificationsEducation: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.Experience: 24 years in marketing, campaign management, or related role; experience in fintech/financial services preferred.Knowledge & Skills:Strong project management and coordination abilities.Proven experience in campaign execution and performance tracking.Familiarity with digital marketing tools, push/SMS platforms, and reporting dashboards.Basic understanding of app content management and Firebase analytics.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in MS Excel.Ability to learn quickly and deliver results under tight timelines.Competencies:Achieve tangible results (Level 3/5).Exceed customer expectations (Level 3/5).Think strategically (Level 2/5).Nurture, Inspire, and Motivate (Level 2/5).Target win-win outcomes (Level 3/5).
