- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth across all assigned categories
- Collaborate with merchandising, buying, and digital teams to stay updated on product availability, exclusives, and future launches
- Implement creative clienteling techniques and networking strategies to expand the customer base
- Support the resolution of issues raised by VIP clients in collaboration with the customer care team
- Utilize CRM tools and your own “black book” to track preferences and follow up with clients
- Champion the brand's image through premium service and deep product knowledge
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Fashion or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in high-end retail, with at least 3 years as a personal shopper or stylist
- Strong network of luxury clients (black book required)
- Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for fashion, styling, and customer care
- Confidence in building one-on-one relationships and delivering bespoke shopping experiences
