- Bachelor's degree, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in procurement inspection within the oil and gas sector.
- Familiarity with major codes and standards used in oil & gas
- Familiar with ADNOC standards codes
- Language Preference: English
- Coordinate vendor inspections to meet project timelines.
- Review and approve inspection and test plans (ITPs), quality documentation, and vendor procedures
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, non-conformances, corrective actions, and delivery status.
- Issue inspection release notes and support logistics in arranging shipment post-inspection.
- Ensure vendor compliance with quality and project standards.
- Act as a liaison between vendors, inspectors, and project teams.
- Monitor and address inspection deviations or issues.
