- Manage all FM assets and ensure the readiness of patient rooms, staff offices, and related furniture, maintaining functionality and compliance with applicable standards.
- Supervise outsourced staff, contractors, and maintenance teams to ensure quality service delivery.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring compliance with Civil Defense, DOH, Municipality, ADMCC, and all other applicable local and international standards
- Oversee facility contracts, vendor relations, and outsourced services.
- Maintain office records, equipment, inventory, and facility documentation.
- Provide logistical and technical support for facility events and staff activities.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, regulatory compliance requirements, and risk management processes across all FM operations.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies to support smooth facility operations. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
- NEBOSH Certificate is mandatory.
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in facilities management or coordination.
- Proven experience in supervising contractors and outsourced staff.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
- Minimum 2 years of career experience in a healthcare facility is preferred.
