- Support all procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for products and services as required.
- Process purchase orders and manage inventories, ensuring timely replenishment of essential supplies and materials.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring all goods and services meet quality standards.
- Assist with maintaining records of purchases, receipts, and budget tracking
- Handle administrative duties, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Support in the booking and coordination of maintenance and repair services, ensuring timely completion and follow-up
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with clear and courteous interaction with suppliers and household members.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a methodical approach to record-keeping and problem-solving.
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable working with electronic budgeting systems and file management
