Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and compile reports.Prepare various marketing administrative forms, including complimentary forms, entertainment forms, and IT-related request forms, ensuring accuracy and completeness. * Handle the distribution and tracking of vouchers for marketing activities

Marketing Invoices: Process and track marketing invoices related to hospitality through Powerapps and Adaco, redirect all Food & Beverage marketing invoices to the respective F&B admins and coordinators, ensuring proper allocation and tracking.
VCC Management: Raising paid media VCCs and processing related payments.
Process expense claims and reimbursement requests for the marketing team, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely processing of payments.
Update and manage the team’s time schedules, ensuring all-time records are accurately captured and regularized within the HR system (Oracle).

Desired Skill & Expertise:Strong communication and writing skills.Creative thinker with the ability to contribute fresh ideas.Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.Comfortable analyzing data and marketing metrics.Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, and digital signature tools (e.g., Annature) is a plus.Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
