Site Engineer

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, including coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members.
• Ensure that all construction work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify potential hazards.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, work schedules, and other project documentation as required.
• Collaborate with the project manager to develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to construction workers and other team members.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input and recommendations for project improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
