Responsibilities:Process purchases requisitions and converts them into purchase orders in line with company policies.Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and ensure cost-effective procurement.Maintain and update vendor databases, price lists, and contract records.Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and facility teams to ensure timely supply of materials, equipment, and services.Assist in negotiating terms, pricing, and service agreements with suppliersTrack and monitor deliveries, ensuring compliance with timelines and specifications.Handle administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and procurement reporting.Support in vendor performance evaluation and resolve delivery or invoicing issues.Ensure compliance with company policies, QHSE standards, and procurement best practices.Prepare periodic procurement reports for management review.Required SkillsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or related field.2–4 years of procurement/administration experience, preferably in the Facilities Management or Construction industry.Knowledge of FM-related materials, MEP consumables, and service contracts is an advantage.Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience in ERP systems preferred.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong negotiation and communication abilities.Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
