Job Type: Full-timeWhat You'll Do
- Operate and monitor power generators, water treatment, sewage treatment, chillers, and HVAC systems
- Carry out inspections, record operating data, and ensure systems are running efficiently
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all plant equipment
- Monitor water and energy use to maintain efficiency and support sustainability practices
- Respond quickly to breakdowns or utility interruptions to restore service with minimal disruption
- Maintain detailed records of daily operations, maintenance, and fuel or energy consumption
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations, using protective equipment as required
- Work closely with the engineering team and external contractors for repairs or upgrades
- Take part in emergency response planning and drills
- Technical diploma or trade certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in plant operations, preferably in hospitality or large facilities
- Skilled in operating generators, HVAC, and water treatment systems
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Proficient with basic computer tools for logging and reporting
- Physically fit and able to work in varying conditions including heat and confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and teamwork skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
