Job Description :We are hiring skilled and safety-conscious Plant Operator cum Electrical Technicians to join our plant operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine operations and basic electrical troubleshooting, preferably in a manufacturing or batching plant environment.Responsibilities:Operate machines and plant systems in accordance with SOPs and work instructionsMonitor and maintain production logs, checklists, and equipment records on a daily/weekly basisParticipate in preventive maintenance and attend to machine breakdownsAdhere to all safety procedures and operational guidelinesRecord machine parameters, settings, and operating conditions accuratelyPerform minor mechanical fixes and adjustments to machine partsCoordinate with the Shift Supervisor for plant-related issuesConduct basic electrical troubleshooting for control panels and process instrumentsRequirementsPreferred Qualifications:ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field2–5 years of experience in plant/machine operations, preferably in batching or manufacturing plantsHands-on experience with SCADA, PLC, and HMI systems is a plusStrong understanding of electrical safety and instrumentation basicsAbility to read technical manuals and interpret machine parameters
