We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in a property management firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing HR strategies, managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. This role requires a strong understanding of labor laws, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to support a growing team across multiple sites or properties.Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for property management roles (e.g., facility managers, housekeeping, front office, security staff).
- Post job advertisements, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct reference checks.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth integration of employees.2. Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve issues promptly.
- Foster a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives across properties.
- Maintain effective communication between field staff, property teams, and management.3. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records (physical and digital).
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs in coordination with the finance team.
- Ensure all HR documents (contracts, ID cards, policies) are up to date and compliant.4. Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.
- Support audits and inspections related to HR practices.
- Implement and enforce company HR policies and procedures.5. Performance & Training
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Support career path planning and succession planning initiatives.Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in real estate, facility management, or property services.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
