- Deliver excellent customer service by providing professional product knowledge and assistance
- Support day-to-day store operations, including duty management, opening and closing, and POS supervision
- Train new staff on POS procedures and resolve customer issues at checkout to ensure smooth operations
- Supervise stock receiving, display, and compliance with in-store merchandising standards
- Assist with stock takes, new store openings, and special events as required
- Ensure compliance with pricing and ticketing procedures to avoid losses and maintain transparency for customers
- Support training of sales assistants on brand merchandising principles to maintain brand integrity and corporate image
- Contribute to achieving annual sales and budgetary goals through effective operations support
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a supervisory or team-leading role
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of fashion retail, brand positioning, and current market trends
- Physically able to handle some heavy lifting and stand for extended periods (minimum 8 hours)
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively under pressure
