- Assist the Store Manager in daily operational tasks, including sales monitoring and inventory control.
- Train and mentor new employees on store processes, products, and POS operations.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge to drive add-on sales and meet customer project needs.
- Oversee receiving and delivery processes, ensuring accurate procedures and resolving discrepancies.
- Manage in-store cash handling and banking activities with high accuracy and compliance to company policies.
- Uphold store presentation and operational standards at all times.
- High school education or higher.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in retail or a supervisory role within the service industry.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of POS systems and retail operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
