- Conduct monthly category meetings to update staff on results and improvement plans
- Implement and evaluate promotional activities, ensuring sales goals are met
- Control expenses and recommend cost optimization measures to improve profitability
- Maintain shrinkage levels below tolerance through effective monitoring and loss prevention measures
- Oversee visual merchandising, product availability, and timely restocking to meet customer expectations
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and manage complaints professionally
- Drive loyalty program participation and implement selling techniques to boost conversion rates
- Support inventory management, cycle counts, and accurate reporting
- Liaise with mall management, oversee store documentation, and handle cashiering as needed
- Contribute to staff development by supporting performance reviews, training, and engagement plans
- Minimum 2 years of retail and team management experience in the beauty sector
- Strong knowledge of beauty industry products, market trends, and customer preferences
- Experience in store operations including stock, cash management, and visual merchandising
- Customer service-focused with excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage ambiguity while maintaining integrity and trust
