- Identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs without affecting quality or deadlines.
- Maintain accurate procurement data and transaction records in SAP/ERP systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Strong experience in negotiation and vendor management within construction procurement.
- Solid understanding of BOQ, material specifications, and civil engineering materials.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings.
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP procurement systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
