- Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure compliance with BOQ and technical standards.
- Maintain and update a supplier database with market intelligence and performance records.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of construction materials and technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience in vendor research, supplier evaluation, and cost analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP/procurement systems is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
