The HR Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of human resources within the organisation, ensuring alignment with its mission and goals. This role will focus on employee relations, compliance, and organisational development within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate selection, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and organisational policies.
  • Design and deliver training programmes to support employee development.
  • Maintain and update HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters.
  • Monitor and enhance employee performance and retention strategies.
