- A degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven expertise in HR management within the not-for-profit sector.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools for effective record-keeping.
- Ability to foster a positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts amicably.
