Ensure the highest levels of customer service are consistently delivered by the store team.
Implement innovative strategies to attract new customers, grow store traffic, and boost profitability.
Monitor brand performance, review stock levels, and create action plans for slow-moving items.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, security measures, personnel practices, and record-keeping standards.
Coach, train, and mentor staff to strengthen customer service skills and product knowledge.
Enforce Health & Safety, Security, and Compliance policies, promptly escalating any issues.
Oversee all in-store processes including cash handling, stockroom operations, and stock-take management.
Provide analytical feedback to Operations, Buying, and Planning teams on product, pricing, and competitive activity.Candidate Requirements
4-5 years of retail industry experience with proven managerial background.
Demonstrated record of maximizing business performance.
Strong understanding of customer segments with the ability to guide the team accordingly.
Proactive decision-maker who engages stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions.
