- Lead daily shift briefings and communicate key updates to your team.
- Ensure service equipment is clean, functional, and set up properly.
- Oversee inventory management and stock control to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with culinary and bar teams on menu and wine list updates.
- Create a welcoming environment by engaging with guests and addressing feedback promptly.
- Monitor service quality and timing to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide the team to deliver intuitive, seamless service.
- Support staff training and development for continuous improvement.
- Manage all cash handling in compliance with financial protocols.
- Prepare and reconcile daily financial reports with accuracy.
- Maintain detailed shift logs to ensure smooth operations.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a luxury hotel or upscale dining venue.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and cash handling.
- Service-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for hospitality and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English, with additional languages as a plus.
