Senior Associate with experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Core, Payroll, Absence, T&L, Recruiting & Onboarding, Compensation & Benefits
Experience in End-to-end process flow of Oracle HCM Cloud Applications and provide Business and technical architectural guidance to the internal team and customers using Oracle Cloud HCM product and services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test solutions aligned with functional requirements.
Drive global transformation projects, ensuring successful execution across HCM and Payroll workstreams.
Create Proof-of-Concepts to validate proposed solutions.
Monitor and track progress of HCM & Payroll implementations, ensuring alignment with project goals
Must have knowledge in Core HR, Absence, Benefit, Payroll module · Ability to Create Proof-of-Concept to validate the solution
Experience Global Transformation project experience is must. Minim 2 end to end Implementation experience with HCM & Payroll domain
Excellent communication skills; written, Oral and listening · Creative, innovative and agile with the ability to think outside the box
Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals.
Work with all stakeholders to minor and track progress of work stream (HCM & Payroll)and ensure successfully execution of the project.
Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Fast Formula, HDL, and HCM Extracts
