This role is critical in delivering robust, scalable, and secure M365 environments aligned with client business objectives and industry best practices.If you are a visionary architect with deep Microsoft cloud expertise and a passion for solving complex enterprise challenges, we invite you to join our dynamic team. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Lead target-state architecture across M365: identity, device mgmt, security, governance, collaboration• Design strategies for M365 implementation, migration, identity sync, lifecycle mgmt, and data protection• Provide technical oversight across all phases – from assessment to handover• Collaborate with executive and IT stakeholders for requirement gathering and alignment• Solve complex challenges in Microsoft 365 service delivery, integration, and operations• Produce detailed design documentation and deliver knowledge transfer to client IT teams 🔹 Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field• 10+ years in IT architecture, with 5+ in a Lead Architect role• Expertise in Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange)• Experience with RBAC, encryption, and large-scale cloud deployments• Strong communication and consulting skills• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Admin Expert / Azure Solutions Architect Expert• Familiarity with project management and enterprise application migrations
