Job Description :We are looking for a highly experienced and resourceful Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage and execute all government-related processes, including visa applications, license renewals, labour and immigration formalities, and regulatory compliance for a group of companies in the construction, engineering, and HR consultancy sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesGovernment Relations & Legal FormalitiesProcess and manage all visa applications, including new employment, renewal, and cancellation of visas (residence, employment, dependent)Handle Emirates ID registration, medical testing, and labour contracts via MOHREMaintain up-to-date records of employee and company legal documentationLiaison with Government DepartmentsDirectly coordinate with UAE government departments:GDRFA, MOHRE, DED, DHA, DM, Dubai Police, ICP, and Civil DefenceSubmit online and manual applications via Tasheel, Amer, ICP, and E-ChannelLicensing & DocumentationManage trade license renewals, chamber of commerce certificates, tenancy contracts, and establishment card renewalsDraft, translate (if required), and manage Arabic/English official letters and NOCsEnsure accurate and timely preparation of board resolutions, attestations, and legal translationsCompliance & TrackingEnsure full compliance with UAE labour laws, immigration policies, and company policiesMonitor expiration dates for all licenses and documents; set reminders and take proactive actionKeep internal teams informed on regulation updates or changes affecting business operationsExternal Relations & RepresentationBuild and maintain strong relationships with typing centres, government agents, and regulatory officialsRepresent the company at ministries, immigration offices, and courts when requiredSupport in audits and inspections related to PRO functionsRequirementsMinimum 8 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE (Dubai-specific experience highly preferred)In-depth knowledge of UAE labour, visa, and immigration lawsProficient with government portals like MOHRE, GDRFA, Tasheel, ICP, AmerStrong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)Reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organizedMust hold a valid UAE driving license
