- Develop, implement, and manage the hotel’s overall security strategy, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure 24/7 security coverage and supervision of security staff and CCTV operations.
- Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and fire safety inspections.
- Liaise with local law enforcement, emergency services, and hotel management during incidents or investigations.
- Coordinate emergency response drills and training for staff (e.g., fire drills, evacuation procedures).
- Manage access control systems, key card security, and guest room safety protocols.
- Oversee the investigation and documentation of security breaches, accidents, or suspicious activity.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Provide guest assistance in emergency situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Report regularly to the General Manager and maintain records of incidents, patrol logs, and training activities.
- Stay updated on best practices and evolving hotel security technologies.
