- Conduct peer and market reviews, providing timely internal alerts and analytical reports on ADNOC listed instruments.
- Monitor equity and fixed income markets, building communication channels with brokers, analysts, and investors.
- Prepare and update investor materials for internal and external meetings in compliance with laws and regulations.
- Record and analyze investor feedback to support targeting and marketing initiatives.
- Evaluate ADNOC Group equity stories, recommend ways to maximize shareholder value, and enhance liquidity across listed subsidiaries.
- Contribute to the development of ADNOC's “Center of IR Excellence” by implementing best practices and digital solutions.
- Participate in equity and debt capital market projects, including IPO processes and debt reporting.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations and IR standards.
- Support sustainability initiatives by communicating related performance and ensuring alignment with investor expectations.
- Liaise with corporate communications on investor engagement events, messaging, and media presence.
- Assist in developing KPIs and performance metrics for the IR function across ADNOC Group.
- Provide training and awareness programs on IR, capital markets, and ADNOC stocks for internal employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 10 years' experience in investor relations, finance, portfolio management, or consultancy within investment banking, private equity, rating agencies, or multinational corporations.
- Strong knowledge of equity and debt capital markets; petrochemical or oil and gas industry experience is advantageous.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, MBA, CA, or CIRO preferred.
- Proven ability to manage investor communications, market analysis, and capital market projects.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
