About the jobWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Investor Relations Manager to lead communications between our organization and the investment community. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with institutional and retail investors, analysts, and financial media. You'll work cross-functionally with finance, legal, compliance, and communications teams to ensure transparency, regulatory compliance, and strategic engagement.Responsibilities-Build and manage relationships with investors, analysts, and financial stakeholders.
-Coordinate investor-focused events such as capital markets days, earnings calls, roadshows, and AGMs.
-Develop and distribute quarterly/annual reports, earnings announcements, and presentations.
-Collaborate with key departments to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial disclosures.
-Analyze financial markets, industry trends, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
-Perform shareholder profiling and target prospective investors.
-Ensure ongoing compliance with Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange (ADX) regulations and reporting obligations.
-Draft and manage public disclosures in coordination with the corporate communications team.
-Maintain and update investor-related content on the company website.
-Develop investor communication tools such as fact sheets, FAQs, scripts, and investor decks tailored to varied audiences.Requirements-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
-A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CIRP) are highly valued.
-Minimum 7 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, or capital markets roles.
-Demonstrated success in engaging institutional investors and analysts.
-Strong understanding of financial reporting, valuation models, and capital market dynamics.
-In-depth knowledge of disclosure requirements and corporate governance for listed entities.
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
