- Assist in planning and supervising daily bakery production
- Lead and motivate the team in the absence of the Executive Chef
- Maintain consistent quality and presentation of baked goods
- Train, mentor, and support kitchen staff
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and reduce food waste
- Develop and test new recipes for breads, pastries, and cakes
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Support scaling production and manage daily job orders
- 4+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Baker
- Proven background in a large-scale bakery or manufacturing setting
- Culinary Arts / Bakery & Pastry diploma or degree
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices
- Must be currently based in Dubai
- Available to join immediately
