- Communicate operational needs and section-related issues to the Executive Sous Chef.
- Support in training and mentoring junior culinary staff to maintain quality consistency.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with a luxury international hotel.
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts from an accredited institution.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene, health, and food safety standards.
- Proficient in English for reading, writing, and speaking.
