- Support the Head of Business Development in translating our value proposition in an adequate commercial model and include in the business cases;
- Lead the end to end acquisition of top restaurants and local partners to join our kitchens and handover the closed contracts to the constructions department;
- Identify and generate leads, reach out to our AMs for leads, and network / engage with all prospective partners;
- Provide support in business case development when possible in collaboration with construction, legal and finance teams;
- Have a good understanding of the businesses and services and be able to advise vendors about them;
- Understand the business needs for our partners and support them in expanding their business through cloud kitchens;
- Support in moving the partner equipment and kitchen stall designs in collaboration with the constructions team optimizing our current processes;
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all acquired partners on our platform;
- Bring in best practices from other platforms to improve DHK’s value proposition;
- Improve first time success rates on quality and acquisition.
- 3+ years of previous experience in partner acquisition / business development / sales in a similar industry preferably (Cloud Kitchens, F&B)
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (must be fluent in both)
- Must have a car and a valid driving license
- The ideal candidate has to be data driven. Experience with Tableau, Looker is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to lead negotiation with vendors & partners
- Exhibit a strong track record of on-time project delivery for large, cross-functional projects
- Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities
