
Merchant Partnerships Specialist (UAE National)

- Proactively sign and renew merchant offers through targeted industry outreach, acquiring new partnerships
- Drive brand visibility through monthly UAE Point of Contact (POC) email campaigns
- Manage and resolve merchant complaints within agreed turnaround times (TATs)
- Monitor and respond to internal staff feedback from the activity tracker to improve merchant engagement
- Support the merchant team with business reviews for key accounts
- Conduct monthly performance reviews for key merchant groups and strategic partners
- Develop and implement strategic partnerships aimed at boosting transaction volumes, especially for underperforming merchantsClient Requirements- UAE National with a Family Book
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or key account management (any sector)
- Demonstrated partnership development skills and a strong commercial orientation
- Experience in event management with excellent organizational and planning capabilities
