- Cost Optimization: Continuously seek out the best deals and options to minimize parts expenditure while maintaining quality standards.
- Quality Assessment: Utilize in-depth mechanical knowledge to accurately judge the condition and suitability of parts, especially for used components.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery of parts to facilitate prompt vehicle repairs and reduce vehicle downtime.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to Workshop Manager on parts availability, pricing, and procurement status.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with parts suppliers.
- Extensive experience and understanding of the automotive parts market in the UAE, specifically Sajja and Sharjah Industrial Markets.
- Demonstrated ability to assess the quality and value of both new and used automotive parts.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing cost-effective purchases.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer literacy is required.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English.
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
- UAE Valid Driving License is a must.
