Overview Of The Role:Responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of sales and distribution for Genuine OEM parts, independent aftermarket programs, tyres, and batteries. This role oversees the operations of a designated Trade Point Counter (TPC) location, ensuring business efficiency, financial performance, and profitability. A key focus is expanding market share within the assigned territory through effective leadership and customer engagement.What You Will Do
  • Lead and manage the Trade Counter location team, maintaining strong relationships with B2B independent workshops and B2C customers. Apply market insights to anticipate customer needs and strengthen stakeholder relationships through exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with other Team Supervisors, the Regional Manager, and various ALAC departments to provide comprehensive product and service offerings.
  • Deliver tailored product solutions to customers alongside the TPC team, offering expert consultation and support to enhance partnerships.
  • Drive sales volumes, product mix, and profit margins across parts, tyres, and batteries by acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new customers.
  • Generate and present regular reports and performance forecasts to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure all customer complaints are handled promptly and effectively.
  • Uphold sales discipline, including returns management, documentation compliance, and competitive intelligence.
  • Ensure adherence to processes and regulatory compliance at the branch level.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the TPC location, including staff deployment, local marketing initiatives, and providing feedback to the Regional Manager
