We are seeking an experienced HR professional to handle end-to-end human resources functions, including recruitment, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and proven experience in managing the employee life cycle.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.Handle payroll processing and maintain attendance/leave records.Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.Maintain employee records and HR documentation.Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues.Conduct training sessions, appraisals, and performance management.Coordinate with management for workforce planning.Manage exit formalities and full & final settlementsRequirementsGraduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.3–4+ years of relevant HR experience.Knowledge of HR software (HRMS) and MS Office.Strong understanding of Indian labor laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
