Job Summary:We are seeking experienced and skilled Electrical Technicians to support our Electrical and Instrumentation operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance, along with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.Key Responsibilities:Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, control systems, and related equipmentAssist in Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) activities across facilities as neededConduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systemsTroubleshoot electrical issues and propose effective solutionsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codesInterpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manufacturer manualsMaintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logsCoordinate with other technicians and engineers to complete tasks efficientlyOperate company vehicles as needed for site visits (valid UAE license required)Support continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance departmentRequirements:Education & Experience:Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience ORVocational training in Electrical Engineering with at least 8 years of practical experience in the Electrical and Instrumentation fieldSkills & Competencies:Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)Basic computer literacy and willingness to improve skillsSound knowledge of electrical systems and safety practicesAbility to work independently and within a teamGood physical health and fitness to meet the demands of the roleAdditional Requirements:Valid UAE light-duty driving licenseWillingness to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as requiredWork Environment:Field and plant-based role, with exposure to varying weather conditionsRequires use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Physical tasks including climbing, lifting, and working in confined spacesPreferred Attributes:Experience in oil & gas, utilities, or industrial sectorsFamiliarity with instrumentation and control systemsCertification in electrical safety standards is a plus
