The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, preferably with experience in managing universities, hospitality, residential, and commercial facilities.Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair ELV systems, including gates, barriers, and CCTV.- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality.- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless facilities management.- Provide technical expertise and guidance on ELV systems.- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.Requirements- 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably with a reputable FM organization.- Background in managing diverse facilities, including universities, hospitality, residential, and commercial properties.- In-depth knowledge of ELV systems, including gates, barriers, and CCTV.- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
